Hazel Hoff

For Hazel, everyone is a leader. Being a leader means showing up authentically and courageously and taking responsibility for ourselves, our relationships and our world. Hazel believes in self-awareness, individuality, connection, audacious living, questioning and curiosity. She holds that we can grow and transform as people with ease and lightness and a little silliness rather than struggle and ‘shoulds’. Hazel coaches individuals who are growth minded seekers of purposeful living, happiness, peace, and connected relationships whether personally or professionally. Because hopefully it’s both personal and professional.

Hazel works with leaders who want more purpose, contentment and joy in their lives and less stress, burnout and frustration. She is a ‘possibility sorceress’ with a special talent and passion for helping leaders redefine and reimagine what’s possible in their lives.

Hazel has been a certified professional coach for 12 years. For the past 9 years, Hazel has been an external coach for a leadership development program for a Big Four accounting firm. Prior to becoming a coach, Hazel had over ten years of experience in the corporate world as a trainer and consultant for Fortune 500 companies. She began her career as a change management consultant with Accenture.
